Wow, I've been a bit slack.


I have had a few things going on lately that have meant that I haven't made it to yoga for the last two weeks. It's hard when things pop up that break you out of your routine.

I should managed to get to a class on sat (tomorrow) but I feel apprehensive about it after taking some time off. Since I only do the bare minimum in between classes I find it makes a huge difference when I miss classes. Yoga and pretty much any physically exercise really is about keeping it up and while you still get the benefits of just doing it every so often it seems to me that you need to do it every day or every other day.

I wish I was one of those people  who got up in the morning and could start the day with yoga but it's such an effort just to make it to work I can't see that ever being me. For me the only way I can make the commitment is the routine, if i just do it when I feel like it I would prob never do it. But I always feel better after I have managed to do it.

I'm looking forward to getting back into my routine :)
